Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Bridges: Foster effective relationships with Tier 1 contract partners, Trade Unions, and local authorities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  2. Guiding Contractors: Serve as the primary contact for contractors, supporting them in understanding and fulfilling their contractual obligations related to regulatory compliance and project deliverables.
  3. Ensuring Compliance: Develop and implement clear processes to manage the on-site workforce and ensure that all People Requirements are met before contractor mobilization.
  4. Driving Engagement: Create engaging activities and communication strategies that ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with our project objectives.

Requirements:
