Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Reed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project work within the finance team, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver strategic projects related to process improvement.
  • Shape and lead the future of the FP&A function, providing strategic oversight and direct support to the wider business.
  • Line manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Continually review and identify opportunities for enhancing the information provision, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Build organisational capability in FP&A, developing analytical, reporting, and systems skills within the team.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified chartered accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)
  • Line management experience
  • Ideally a previous background in an FP&A role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extensive post qualification experience
