Job Description

Role Overview

Fenwick is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our in-house Photo Studio team as a Studio Sample Assistant. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire stock flow process, ensuring smooth operations and hitting key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Lifecycle team and Studio Manager to plan and schedule shoots, coordinating with brands to ensure timely delivery of samples and preparing products for shoots according to Fenwick guidelines.
  • Manage product check-ins, returns, and ensure all stock is in the right place at the right time.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems for full transparency on stock locations and shoot timelines.
  • Refine workflows to optimize production efficiency and ensure the studio is running at full capacity.
  • Organize stock for both scheduled and ad hoc creative shoots, undertaking necessary store picks and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous work within a fast-paced ecommerce photography studio is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with luxury product and stock preparation/coordination.
  • Experience of working with a DAM & D365 is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
  • Experience with Google Drive, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving with initiative and a proactive nature.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines & targets.
  • Can multitask and adapt to changeable priorities.
  • Good communication skills.
