Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager


Job Summary: Studio Paskin is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and support brand strategy development.

About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an ambitious digital marketing strategy that supports our brand identities and future business growth. You will work closely with our Directors and Operations Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that drives our business forward.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identities and business goals
  • Create original, persuasive, and compelling marketing materials, assets, and copy for social media, newsletters, brochures, and websites
  • Specialize in Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and strategically manage our digital marketing portfolio
  • Meet KPIs and targets for each brand, while ensuring brand standards are maintained
  • Conduct research and analysis to collect data, using your findings to develop our social-media growth and deliver monthly strategy evaluations to the Directors and Operations team
  • Manage and leverage relationships with social media influencers to support the growth and exposure of our social media channels
  • Work closely with our Creative Director on delivering and executing the digital strategy that supports our outsourced Public Relations

Requirements:



  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable of the digital marketing scene
  • Brand strategist – experience in the launch of a new product or business is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to efficiently drive work both within a group and standalone
  • Creative thinking and flair paired with technical expertise
  • Fully literate in tools such as Canva, Planoly, and Adobe Creative Cloud
