Position Overview:
As a Digital and Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital strategies aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of Quality functions. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of our organization, fostering an environment where innovation thrives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to pinpoint and define areas for enhancement, proposing and developing suitable digital solutions based on industry standards and digital tool capabilities.
  • Ensure projects are clearly articulated to achieve desired outcomes, managing risks, deliverables, benefits, costs, resources, and quality effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and projects in line with the Quality strategy, engaging and influencing key stakeholders to meet business goals.
  • Align all improvement initiatives and digital implementations with regulatory standards and the Quality Management System (QMS), while interacting with auditors to demonstrate project advancements.
  • Maintain and optimize digital solutions to ensure ongoing support for business operations throughout their lifecycle.
  • Enhance digital proficiency within the Quality organization through mentoring and coaching initiatives.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
    • Quality operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context.
    • Data analytics and digital solution implementation.
  • Adaptability while maintaining a results-oriented focus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business needs and devise solutions for complex challenges.
