Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Engineering Recruitment. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals, working in collaboration and partnership with your colleagues in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including theatre, critical care, cardiac, EBME, obs & gynae, and anaesthesia teams.
  • Provide expert product training and support to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree or relevant clinical qualification / background essential.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or clinical liaison role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
