About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals, working closely with anaesthetists, consultants, nurses, cardiologists, transfusion teams, and IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
  • Provide technical product training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree or relevant clinical qualification/background
  • Proven experience in a sales or training role within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
