The Role: Principal Data Engineer - Cloud Architect

As a Principal Data Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of data at Kin + Carta. You'll be responsible for leading technical discoveries, guiding data delivery teams, and developing cutting-edge cloud-enabled data and AI solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead technical explorations and contribute to defining the scope and approach of data implementations for our clients.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to data delivery teams, ensuring technical excellence and quality assurance in all projects.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the possibilities of data and AI to both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with client teams to establish robust infrastructure, networks, and security measures for successful Kin + Carta project deployments.
  • Refine reference architectures and blueprints, both at a general best practice level and in response to specific client challenges.
  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring our approach remains innovative and competitive.
  • Support team development through certifications and training programs, contributing to Kin + Carta's partner recognition and status.
  • Lead technical aspects of client pitches and provide insightful responses to technical inquiries.
  • Mentor and train junior team members as we scale our data capabilities to meet growing client demands.
