About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective floor plans and rotas to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage people matters, including return to work interviews, performance management, and attendance issues
  • Proactively manage the store's day-to-day operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth
  • Ability to develop and implement effective floor plans and rotas
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
