About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide maternity leave cover for our Health and Safety Team Administrator. This is a part-time role that requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Health and Safety and members of the health and safety team at the University of the Arts London. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment
  • Tracking budgets and managing diaries
  • Controlling documents and supporting new starters in the team
About You

We are looking for an individual with a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English. The ideal candidate will have experience working in administrative roles supporting a director and a busy team. They will be able to work collaboratively, provide great customer service, and use their initiative to achieve results.
