MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a First Contact Practitioner in the MSK service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our MSK service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care as a First Contact Practitioner, providing expert screening, assessment, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work closely with the Primary Care Network (PCN) team to provide seamless care to patients, ensuring timely and effective management of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GP surgeries, community services, and other healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practice in MSK care.
- Participate in regular clinical governance sessions to ensure high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Relevant postgraduate training and experience in MSK physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement principles, with the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
