We're seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at Red Kite School, a brand-new independent special educational needs school in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and provide emotional and physical support to our students. Your adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm will make a significant impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities
  • Provide emotional and physical support to students
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to achieve student outcomes
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate who has:

GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and MathsExperience working with students with SEN and in a school settingAdaptability and a willingness to work in a variety of classroom rolesWhat We Offer
