We are seeking an experienced and reliable caretaker to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of estate grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of estate grounds and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
- Monitor the security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.
- Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in caretaking/cleaning/maintenance work.
- An Enhanced DBS check is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
