About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accessories Designer/Developer to join our team at House of CB. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish accessories that reflect our brand's aesthetic and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a range of accessories, including leathergoods, shoes, and lifestyle accessories, that meet our brand's quality and style standards.
- Work closely with our Creative Director to create new product lines and seasonal collections.
- Collaborate with our offshore development office to source specialist products and manufacturers.
- Prepare sample feedback and approvals for specialist accessories factories.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to our design process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accessories design and construction, with a strong technical knowledge of leathergoods design and construction.
- Excellent technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with basic Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, techniques, trims, and merchandise.
- Proactive, professional, flexible, and able to multi-task.
