About Us:

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of our Ebbsfleet team, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Medstrom products to our clients across various regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient maintenance services to our customers.
  • After comprehensive training, you will be involved in the delivery and installation of products, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Conduct repairs and proactive maintenance of products, offering support during the delivery phase in diverse settings.


Additional Duties:

  • Collect used products and return them to the service center for decontamination.
  • Perform disinfection, functionality checks, repairs, and electrical safety tests on products.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing, delivery, and collection activities.
  • Manage product stock and spare parts inventory effectively.
  • Provide product demonstrations and basic training to client staff.
  • Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM to 8 PM.


On-Call Responsibilities:
Participation in an on-call rota will be required after training, with additional compensation for hours worked during on-call periods.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess or be willing to develop the following:

  • A mechanical or electrical background is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A full UK driving license is essential (training and support will be offered to enhance your confidence in operating our vehicles).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and MS Office.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
