Are you looking for a challenging role in commercial management?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit project health, ensuring compliance with CEMAR regulations.
- Review and negotiate NEC and other contract agreements to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and implement commercial processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Record and report information, both verbal and numerical, to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract writing is essential.
Requirements:
- Membership of a relevant technical or professional body.
- A relevant university degree or professional accreditation from a relevant body.
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
