We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Operative to join our team at a large facility located in a tranquil village between Rugby and Lutterworth.

This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.



Key Responsibilities:
  • General site upkeep including vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal, and sanitizing restrooms.
  • Yard maintenance including sweeping and litter collection.
  • Sorting and recycling waste materials.
  • Manual handling of automotive components and tires.
