The Role
We are seeking an Employment Partner to join this esteemed law firm and contribute to an award-winning Employment group.
This global firm has a robust Employment team operating across multiple regions, including Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

In London, the team comprises 17 lawyers, including 4 Partners, collectively generating over £10 million in annual revenue, making it a highly profitable Employment division.

The team handles a diverse range of contentious and advisory employment matters for various clients, with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector. While not mandatory, having existing clients in this area would be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Partner in England & Wales with a specialization in Employment law
  • Background from a leading City, International, or highly regarded regional law firm;
  • Experience as an Employment Partner is preferred (though highly ambitious senior counsel or legal directors may be considered); and
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Equity Structure:

  • The equity arrangement is contingent upon the fees you generate;
    • There are three tiers of equity available, which can be discussed to determine your position within that framework.
