Employment Paralegal Opportunity

McKinlay Law, a leading boutique law firm, is seeking two highly skilled Employment Paralegals to join their team. As a key member of the employment law team, you will work closely with a leading Partner, representing both employers and employees in a wide range of employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document management, legal research, and drafting of legal documents, including briefs, appeals, and agreements.
  • Prepare bundles and documents for meetings and court proceedings.
  • Provide general paralegal support, including administrative tasks and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic record and relevant experience (LPC graduate or experienced paralegal).
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
