About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks.
  • Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care, demonstrating safe and expert clinical decision-making.
  • Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as required to ensure a high level of quality and standards at all times.

  • Annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Person Specification

  • First Level UK registered nurse or Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Non-medical Prescriber.
  • Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
  • Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
  • Understanding of the Lead Role.
