Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Priory Wellbeing Centre Canterbury. The successful candidate will work with young people aged 7-17, providing individual therapy sessions and supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing individual therapy sessions to young people aged 7-17
- Working with a blended approach of face-to-face and remote therapy sessions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full accreditation in a relevant therapy modality, such as CBT or integrative therapy
- Experience working with young people aged 7-17
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including after-school hours and Saturday mornings
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
