Our organization is seeking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Leader with expertise in equipment repair, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting to oversee operations at our distribution facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of technicians to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
- Performing hands-on maintenance work as required
- Addressing daily equipment malfunctions
- Coordinating with external contractors for scheduled and emergency repairs

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 4 years in an industrial or manufacturing setting, holding NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Ability to lead a team and collaboratively tackle challenges.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
- Willingness to work additional hours to accommodate production demands and staff absences.
- Capability to formulate maintenance schedules and guide a team in their execution.
