Our organization is seeking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Leader with expertise in equipment repair, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting to oversee operations at our distribution facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of technicians to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
  • Performing hands-on maintenance work as required
  • Addressing daily equipment malfunctions
  • Coordinating with external contractors for scheduled and emergency repairs
  • Developing maintenance schedules and documenting activities in a management system
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule to meet operational needs


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 4 years in an industrial or manufacturing setting, holding NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Ability to lead a team and collaboratively tackle challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Willingness to work additional hours to accommodate production demands and staff absences.
  • Capability to formulate maintenance schedules and guide a team in their execution.
