Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Work Area: Covering various sites in the Midlands and Northern regions

Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Facilities Maintenance Specialist who thrives in an independent work environment, prioritizes client satisfaction, and is willing to travel across the Midlands and Northern areas. This position entails delivering expert maintenance solutions to residents for repairs and modifications in their newly constructed apartments. A keen eye for detail and maintaining cleanliness is essential, ensuring minimal disruption and organized workspaces.

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will collaborate with a team of Customer Service Coordinators for scheduling and assistance, with occasional visits to the central office. A company vehicle will be provided for travel, and there may be instances requiring overnight stays. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal applicant will possess hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and finishing work, with a foundational electrical qualification being beneficial. Prior experience in residential construction or building is advantageous, along with strong communication abilities and a valid UK driving license.
