Job Title: Senior Project Professional

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Controls & Instrumentation Team, you will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deliverables, and monitoring progress using project controls methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on progress
  • Controlling change using governed procedures
  • Providing support on Project Management issues and proposing solutions in line with the programme strategy
  • Supporting the plan on a page with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in applicable software, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Experience in Project Management and Control (PM&C), with the ability to apply PM methodologies and tools
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders to ensure an agreed project approach
  • Ability to perform advanced project reporting and scheduling
Desirable:
  • Association of Project Management (APM) accredited or working towards attaining
