ROLE PURPOSE:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join us as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician.
The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold safety standards, ensure timely preventative maintenance, and enhance equipment availability through ongoing improvements.
Shift Pattern:
This position may require working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exemplify health & safety best practices and ensure compliance among team members.
- Engage in hands-on work while demonstrating expertise in all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow technicians on shift.
- Assist the line manager and oversee the shift in their absence.
- Ensure high equipment availability through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
- Support the continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
- Foster positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics.
- Manage contractor activities effectively.
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE settings.
- Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task recording.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team members.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors.
- Background in a multi-site operational environment.
