We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Activity and Support Worker to join our outstanding CQC children's disability service in Stockton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing respite support for children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs.

The Role:

As a Children's Activity and Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs
  • Delivering community outreach programs and activities to promote social inclusion and independence
  • Teaching independent living skills to enable children and young adults to reach their full potential
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience working with children or applicable experience
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and school holidays
