Landscape Operative

Job Summary

TC Personnel Limited is seeking a reliable and hard-working Landscape Operative to join their team in Maldon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vegetation management services across East Anglia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform grass cutting activities on construction sites
  • Maintain fence lines and keep them clear of vegetation
  • Assist with manual labouring and banksman duties
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • CSCS Labourer certification (desirable)
  • ROLO Operative certification (desirable)
  • First Aid certification
  • NPTC/NPORS/LANTRA Strimmer certification
  • Manual Handling certification
  • A full and clean valid manual driving licence (UK)
  • Access to personal transport

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often in rural locations. They will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 7am-4.30pm, with occasional overtime, weekends, evenings, or nights as required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a bonus scheme in place.
