Head Gardener

Responsibilities:

- Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the overall appearance and health of the garden
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper hydration
- Prune and trim plants to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Weed and remove debris from garden beds and other landscaped areas
- Monitor and control pests and diseases to prevent damage to plants
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform various gardening tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control
- Familiarity with different types of plants and their specific care requirements
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Gardening/Landscaping: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
