About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality beverages and food products to customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards
  • Support with store procedures, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security
  • Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know the store environment and customers
  • Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and creating genuine connections
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for customers and colleagues
