Fire and Security Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair fire and security systems in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Respond to service calls and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute service visits, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of organization in our stores.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
We work with a range of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical background in the electrical or electronic industry.
- Good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems.
- Experience of front-line customer contact is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
