Job Title: Community Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Facilities Manager to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Estates and Facilities Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the Facilities Services across all Community Hospital locations within the Eastern Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision and maintenance of a hygienic, clean, and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Lead the management of the Trust's Community Facilities teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
