We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance works. This will involve providing early cost advice, managing project costs, and settling final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost estimating and planning, as well as good knowledge of construction methods and materials. They will also have a working knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customers' requirements.
- Managing projects and delivering high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
- Cost planning and settlement of final accounts.
- Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units' activities.
