Job Overview:

Taylor Woodrow is seeking a Sub-Agent to join our collaborative team responsible for the execution and completion of a significant infrastructure project. This initiative involves the construction of a major transportation hub, featuring multiple underground and surface platforms.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Package Manager and play a crucial part in ensuring that all operations, including those of suppliers and subcontractors, are effectively coordinated to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your focus will be on intricate packages that encompass facades, steel frameworks, roofing solutions, and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Delegate tasks to Site Engineers and oversee their completion.

· Ensure that Inspection and Test Plans, along with Quality Check Sheets, are finalized promptly to guarantee compliance with specifications.

· Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring that Site Engineers and Operatives are informed of pertinent information.

· Comprehend construction methodologies and develop or approve relevant procedures tailored to the specific work area.

· Collaborate with the Section Foreman to evaluate plant and resource needs to fulfill site and office requirements.

· Create and endorse method statements and risk assessments, ensuring adherence throughout the project.

· Supervise the erection, utilization, maintenance, and dismantling of temporary works as necessary.

· Conduct inspections of the project during construction, coordinating with the TWC and Site Team.

· Prepare and distribute Temporary Works Briefs to the appropriate design teams.

· Ensure Site Engineers execute setting out in accordance with design specifications.

· Ensure Design Drawings are updated to reflect completed works as they progress.

· Collaborate with other Senior Engineers to manage any on-site conflicts, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Candidate Profile:

· Degree in civil engineering or a related field.

· Proven experience in managing complex civil engineering or construction projects.

· Comprehensive understanding of facades, cladding, and roofing systems is preferred.
