Special Education Teaching Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and want to make a real difference in their lives.
About the Role:- Work closely with the class teacher to support students with SEN pupils
- Provide individualised and group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in the SEN
- Previous experience working with children with SEN needs, preferably within a primary school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development (desirable but not essential)
- A supportive and friendly working environment
