As the Information Security Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's sensitive data and systems from cyber threats. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and standards across all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption solutions.
- Manage security incident response activities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of security breaches.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on information security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design and implementation of new systems and applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices. You will have experience in developing and implementing security programs within complex IT environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
- Proven experience as an Information Security Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of various security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
