Job Title: Governance and Records Manager

Psychology Tools Limited is seeking a highly skilled Governance and Records Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our information security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote security awareness and provide guidance on security best practices.
  • Investigate security incidents and develop reports with recommendations for remedial action.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends, risks, and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing or managing information security management systems and security risks.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
