We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-time Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at a hospital service in the Birmingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing services to patients on various physical health wards.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with ward staff and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is not essential, but a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements:
- Part-time hours (2-3 days per week).
- Working pattern: 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch).
- No on-call or weekend working required.

This is a short-term post, lasting 6 months, with the opportunity to work in a variety of wards, including Renal, Medical, Surgical, and Orthopaedic. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
