Job Title: Asset Management Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Technical Specialist to join our team at Parametric Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of internal and external wholesalers, working indirectly with financial advisors, and attending product update meetings to stay up-to-date with EV products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist internal wholesalers with product information and other requests, working closely with financial advisors to provide accurate and timely support.
  2. Attend regular product update meetings with sales teams to stay informed about EV products and services, as well as the financial industry as a whole.
  3. Run hypothetical mutual fund reports and Transition Analysis (TA) for internal wholesalers to use with advisors to sell EV products.
  4. Support marketing campaigns through regular literature fulfillment for financial advisors, taking ownership of logistical requirements and strict timelines.
  5. Update and maintain SalesPage (CRM system) to reflect accurate records with FINRA, as well as developing effective data management techniques in a fast-changing industry.
  6. Industry experience is preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  7. Must have strong attention to detail, be organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  8. Strong communication skills and a cooperative team player are required.
  9. FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required within one year of start date.
