About the Role

As an Ice Cream & Food Solutions Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our presence within key locations across the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass managing existing customer relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at leisure centres, visitor attractions, retail outlets, and hospitality businesses.
  • Identify and secure new business partnerships through proactive outreach and negotiation of contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams to optimize product placement, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Work in tandem with Unilever Head Office contacts to ensure effective ranging and visibility solutions are implemented across customer sites.
  • Regularly monitor performance of ice cream and food solutions products within assigned accounts and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and account management. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in cold calling and new business development.
  • Proven success in managing and growing client relationships within the foodservice or retail sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
