We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator for a reputable Financial Planning firm. This organization is dedicated to illuminating their clients' financial landscapes, fostering clarity and confidence in their financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Services Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and precise processing of business operations while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You will be expected to understand and enhance the value provided to clients, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

Client Onboarding - Offering comprehensive administrative support during the onboarding process for new clients.

Data Management - Responsible for maintaining and updating client information within a secure framework.

Client Reviews - Preparing for client review meetings, updating financial models, assessing investment performance, and generating supporting documents and discussion materials.

Relationship Management - Engaging with clients through various communication channels, including telephone, correspondence, and email.

Service Proposition Delivery - Ensuring the delivery of service propositions within established service levels and timelines.

Coordination - Collaborating with administrative personnel to ensure that application and provider forms are completed as necessary, while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Collaboration with Partners - Working alongside other professional advisors, such as solicitors and accountants, to execute a mutually agreed-upon action plan.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Financial Services Administrator, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with high net worth UK resident private clients, providing financial planning and investment management services.
