Position Summary:We are seeking a Compliance and Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing expansion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Legal, playing a vital part in upholding compliance across multiple facets of our operations.

  • Formulate, execute, and uphold thorough compliance policies and protocols.
  • Oversee adherence to shareholder obligations and health and safety standards.
  • Manage gas safety compliance, block management regulations, and Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
  • Deliver training and support to staff on compliance-related issues.
  • Examine and address compliance breaches, ensuring that corrective measures are taken.
  • Keep abreast of real estate legislation and regulations, performing regular audits to uphold compliance standards.
