We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of catering staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
- Assist with weekly bookwork and other administrative tasks.
- Produce weekly rotas and place orders for stock to maintain optimal levels.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring the team is proactive and motivated.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering great customer service.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
