Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and meet the high standards expected by our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall performance of our properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead a team of property managers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent service to our residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall community engagement.
- Collaborate with our development team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, ensuring that our properties remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
