Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective bid strategies to secure tendered opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the housing sector and the ability to manage internal and external relationships with third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop winning bid submissions that meet client requirements.
  • Manage the process of bidding for and securing tendered opportunities, including liaison with the internal bid team and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain information to aid future bids and improve the company's understanding of the market and positions in the sector.
  • Work with Regional Directors and their teams to support bids and provide assistance, support, and mentoring to other team members.
  • Manage internal and external relationships with third parties, including clients and suppliers.
  • Report progress and issues to the Head of Business.
  • Produce bid programmes and action plans to ensure successful bid outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Industry-specific knowledge and a proven track record in the housing sector.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on planned and responsive maintenance, retrofit, and sustainability.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
