Join Our Team as a Registered Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our brand-new Residential Children's Home in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality reputation of our organization and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting children and young adults in a relevant position within residential care. They will also have knowledge of Ofsted and at least one year of experience in a role supervising and managing staff in a care setting.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a driver with access to a car and be able to work holistically with other professionals to ensure young people have the best life chances.
