We are seeking an experienced Interim Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Practicus. As a leading learning disability care provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals across the north of England and the midlands.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £48,000 plus expenses for travel and accommodation if required. Immediate starts are available.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Home/Service/Registered Manager within learning disabilities, with consideration given to experience in elderly/dementia/nursing care.
  • Proven experience of leading quality turnaround work to achieve a minimum of CQC "Good" ratings.
  • Experience of supporting and coaching managers to improve performance and deliver great results.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading cultural change across a group of dispersed services, resulting in improved outcomes.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or an acceptable equivalent.
