Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in high profile commercial buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients at all times.
  • Write accurate and timely activity reports.
  • Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate information.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
  • Provide accurate time sheet information weekly.
  • Ensure the company is presented in a good light at all times.
  • Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed.
  • Escalate major site issues or incidents to the line manager.
  • Manage sub-contractors while working on site.
  • Understand and comply with relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in high profile commercial buildings.
  • LV Authorised Person (A Bonus).
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
  • C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing, and certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Good IT and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear-thinking.
