Job Title: Site Based Multi-Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with our PPM and task schedules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in a quality, professional manner.
  • Undertake PPM activity in accordance with company procedures.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
  • Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
  • Provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time.
  • Ensure the company is presented in a good light at all times.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in high profile Commercial buildings.
  • LV Authorised Person (A Bonus).
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
  • C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Good IT and report writing skills.
