Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee the workforce involved in various installation projects. Your role will focus on capital initiatives within the water sector, particularly enhancing and fortifying wastewater treatment facilities.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Executing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and managing technical inquiries while developing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and supporting short-term work schedules.
  • Submitting Technical Queries (TQs) regarding the proposed designs and ensuring compliance with quality control standards as per specifications.
  • Promoting and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Verifying that all materials utilized and work conducted adhere to specified requirements.
  • Coordinating the procurement and planning of equipment and materials necessary for site setup and throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:

This position of Construction Site Supervisor is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • A Civil Engineering HNC/Degree or equivalent, along with experience in a primary contractor civil engineering setting.
  • Familiarity with contract stipulations, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, as well as cost control including forecasting, actual costs, and value reporting.
  • Expertise in creating, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for specific tasks.
  • A valid CSCS Card.
