Job Title: Construction Site Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Agent to join our team at Lovell Homes. As a key member of our refurbishment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, managing trade operatives, and maintaining high-quality installations in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of trade operatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with contract team members, residents, and sub-contractors to ensure a positive working relationship.
  • Act as a visible focal point for operatives and sub-contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
